Hawaiian Rum Agricole Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Kuleana Huihui rum

  • 1 oz. Lychee or Pineapple Campari

  • 1 oz. Carpano Antica

  • Aperol ice made at 30/70 Aperol/water (+ 4 dashes of peychauds aromatic bitters)

Preparation

Stir and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
