Rum Buck

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Kuleana Huihui Rum

  • 1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz. Ginger Tea (brewed double strength & chilled)

  • 3 Dashes Allspice

  • Bar Spoon of Honey


Preparation

Combine Ingredients and shake, strain into Collins glass with cold block ice. Top with Ginger Beer - pick a good one.
