1.5 oz. Kuleana Nanea Rum
.75 oz. Mint Syrup (housemade/sous vide)
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Put 8-10 pieces of mint into the bottom of a Collins glass. Combine rum, mint syrup and lime juice into shaker and shake well. Strain over mint leaves in a full glass with crushed ice and top with soda.
